When it is your turn to be the banker the house has only an 0.08% edge over you. Because both the turn of the banker and the 0.08% edge alternate you end up with the aforesaid 1.46% house edge. At Players Land Casino the dealer is always the banker though which sets the basic house edge at 2.86%. Almost every online casino lets only the dealer be banker. So does Players Land Casino.
