February 14th, 2012
Last week, according to the compliance of new regulatory regime of online poker games in Spain, MPN (Microgaming Poker Network) has reduced the boom on punters of Spain. Therefore, over this weekend, poker head at online domain of Stan James.com, Richard Cunningham has given clarification about this compliance.

Richard has clarified to PokerUpdate, one of the information gathering websites, “At present, we are permitting all the Microgaming powered online gambling operators, claiming to obtain Spanish gambling license to accept online players of Spain.” The logical implication of this clarification is that Microgaming powered gambling operators; not claiming for Spanish license should have to put restrictions on casino players of Spain. Richard Cunningham further added, “The regulatory authority of Spain has asked MPN to deny access of all the members, who have not claimed for obtaining license to provide online gambling activities in Spain.”
