This week, one analyst group has warned all the investors of UK gambling groups that the gambling industry is facing a difficult year because Government has introduced a damning tax hike. As per Oriel analyst group, “Although stocks of gaming and betting always have risks ahead of budget, but for this year, the risks are higher.”

In the month of March, Chancellor Osborne will reveal his budget and has predicted that the budget will incorporate taxes of online gambling, operating at the offshore, such as Ladbrokes, Betfair and William Hill. This prediction has lead to the downgrade of share ratings of many well-known industries that are related with online gambling. In the year 2011, government of United Kingdom has announced the review of taxation rules for offshore gambling companies, who are still offering their services to the players of United Kingdom.
