AGG (Amaya Gaming Group) has recently gone for development and licensing agreement with ALL (Aristocrat Leisure Limited) for 3 years. This agreement will facilitate Chartwell Technology, subsidiary of AGG in adopting large numbers of Aristocrat game titles for utilizing them in video lottery and online applications. Last year, the Aristocrat Company has acquired Chartwell Technology and now is planning to have another ambitious move with the purchase Cryptologic software. The contents of ALL have incorporated well-known and branded gaming titles such as ‘Where’s the GoldTM’, PompeiiTM and Wild PandaTM.

As per the Vice President of AGG’s Business Development, Darcy Krogh, “The opportunity of online games has increased attractively as worldwide jurisdictions are considering bringing regulatory changes for the operation of newly launched websites of online games.” Furthermore, general manager of ALL’s ‘Online Gaming’ commented, “The contents of ALL are perfectly suitable for transition to online gaming sector as our initial titles have revealed.”
